Day 1
You will be met at Cape Town Airport and transferred to your hotel in this beautiful city, within sight of Table Mountain.

Check in and relax in your magnificent surroundings.
Day 2
Today we suggest you purchase a pass onboard the Blue Route Hop-Off Bus, which travels from the Victoria & Alfred Waterfront to Camps Bay beach, taking the longer circular route around the back of Table Mountain.

On this route you can visit the world famous Kirstenbosch Gardens, nestled on the eastern slopes of Table Mountain and regarded as one the most beautiful botanic gardens in the world. It is renowned for its wide diversity of fynbos and protea (pay entrance fee locally).

You can also visit the small fishing harbour at Hout Bay, where you can take the ferry to Seal Island (pay locally).

Note: Don't let the colour of the bus confuse you. All buses are red, but they run two different routes - the Red City Route and the Blue Kirstenbosch Route.
Day 3
Today we recommend an optional full day shared tour to the beautiful Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve, where you may see baboons, ostrich and perhaps even dolphins or whales in season (July/November).

Your tour travels through Hout Bay and along spectacular Chapman’s Peak Drive to the Cape Point peninsula, before returning via Simons Town and Fish Hoek. This is a scenic tour of the whole Cape Peninsula, with the optional opportunity of visiting the penguin colony at Boulders Beach.

Note: Lunch is for your own account today. Group size is minimum 2 / maximum 15.
Day 4
Today we recommend an optional full day shared tour to the renowned Stellenbosch Winelands, travelling through the scenic Franschhoek Valley where a handful of French Huguenot refugees started South Africa’s now famous wine industry.

Explore the historic university town of Stellenbosch and several wine estates on this famous wine route, which stretched from Paarl through to Stellenbosch and Franschhoek. Enjoy a cellar tour and some wine tasting, before returning to Cape Town in the late afternoon.

Note: Lunch is for your own account today. Group size is minimum 2 / maximum 15.
Day 5
Transfer to Cape Town Airport for your onward flight.

You will be met at Hoedspruit Airport and transferred to your Mpumalanga Game Reserve.

After checking into your lodge, enjoy a thrilling shared game drive in an open-top vehicle accompanied by a lodge ranger, where game viewing opportunities should present themselves almost immediately. Hopefully you will see several species of antelope, zebra, wildebeest and maybe even giraffe today - as well as some of the Big Five - before dining under the stars in the atmosphere that only the African bushveld can provide.
Days 6 To 7
Rise at dawn to take advantage of the best game viewing conditions of the day, as you enjoy a thrilling shared open-top game drive with your lodge ranger. Enjoy magnificent game viewing hoping to see some of the Big Five - lion, elephant, buffalo, leopard and rhino - as well as many other species, before returning to your lodge for breakfast.

The rest of the morning is free to relax by the swimming pool or enjoy bird watching at the lodge, before setting out again in the late afternoon for another game drive. You can hope to see cheetah, giraffe, hippo, kudu, crocodiles, sable antelope, waterbuck, warthogs, baboons and many other interesting wild animals. With over 500 different bird species including eagles, kingfishers, vultures and storks, outstanding bird watching is also guarantee. After a beautiful African sunset, enjoy dining under the stars.

Note: Children < 6 are not allowed on open top game drives.
Day 8
Enjoy a final early morning game drive, before your transfer to Hoedspruit Airport for your onward flight.

You will be met at Johannesburg Airport and transferred to your airport hotel.

Check in and relax under warm blue South African skies in the city of gold.
Day 9
Make your own way by free hotel shuttle or on foot (depending on location of your hotel) to Johannesburg Airport for your onward flight.

You will be met at Nampula Airport and transferred 2-hours to your lodge situated near historic Ilhe de Mozambique, the former capital of colonial Portuguese East Africa.

With its rich history and magnificent sandy beaches, this UNESCO World Heritage site is set in spectacular tropical surroundings.
Days 10 To 12
At leisure to relax at your beach lodge near unspoilt Ilhe de Mozambique.

Enjoy lazy days swimming in the warm waters of the Indian Ocean and sunbathing on its golden beaches.

Scuba divers can explore the pristine Mozambique reef in warm water and fishermen can try their hand at light tackle, fly-fishing or exhilarating deep-sea game fishing for marlin. You can also visit the historic town.
Day 13
Transfer 2-hours to Nampula Airport for your flight home.
