When to go to Uruguay

The best time to visit Uruguay is from November to March (summer), although the shoulder months of April/May and September/October are also very pleasant.
 
The climate is sub-tropical, with no extremes in temperature and rainfall almost equally distributed throughout the year. June to August is the colder winter.
